One of TOP’s Right2Justice campaign missions is to end cash bail, which disproportionately keeps Black and Latino people behind bars before their trial simply because they cannot afford to buy their freedom. Until that day, we commit to posting bail for our neighbors who cannot afford it.

At TOP, we support the growth of directly impacted leaders who know firsthand what it’s like to be incarcerated. We provide opportunities for community members and those we bailout to join our fight in ending mass incarceration.
